The Role : Irving, Texas

Crafty's Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site's product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include :

• Merchandising : Take pride in your spaces by owning client's office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
• Customer Service : With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory : Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
• Communication : Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre / post route paperwork

This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports one of our Irving, Texas clients Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm by meeting the skill based qualifications below :

Required Attributes :

Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

Encompasses the ability to work effectively with others towards shared goals while providing and receiving constructive input to enhance individual and team performance

Expected Results :

Goal : Achieve a 95% annual client retention rate by delivering top-tier on-site operations and exceptional client experiences, ensuring all client goals are met and exceeded, for at least 6 consecutive months by completing these initiatives :

Our compensation amount for this role is starting at $20 an hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
