Job Description : 1st Shift Maintenance Technician
Location : Elkhart, IN
Pay : $25–$35 / hr.+ (based on experience)
Schedule : 1st Shift | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM | Expect 40–50 hours / week with occasional Saturday mornings
Responsibilities :
As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by handling :
- Preventive maintenance : Regular inspections and service on equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Breakdowns : Fast, effective repair response
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose issues using schematics, multimeters, blueprints, and tools
- Repairs : Motors, conveyors, belts, pipefitting, steam / water systems
- Safety : Follow strict protocols (LOTO), participate in audits
