We are currently looking for a Comfort Consultant (sales associate) to join our team in the Bainbridge, GA and Tallahassee, FL areas.

    Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

    While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required.

    In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings.

    What Makes YOU Great

  • Strong sales ability, at least 3 years experience in consumer / residential sales
  • Closing qualified leads and ability to self-generate leads
  • Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills
  • Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit
  • You can remain calm when dealing with stressful situations Additional Requirements
