Unit : 4-NORTH MED-SURG UNIT

Job Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Start Date : October 23, 2025

End Date : January 22, 2026

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00pm – 7 : 00am)

Hours per Week : 36

Openings Available : 3

Weekend Coverage : As needed

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,470 - $1,570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma

BLS (AHA) certification required

NIH Stroke Certification preferred

At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience (minimum 6 months Med / Surg experience required)

Ability to provide complete work history and permanent address

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning

Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and multidisciplinary healthcare team members

Uphold standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting

Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Demonstrate leadership and effective communication within the medical-surgical unit
