Customer Service Representative

Advance Services Inc. has openings with a local call center. Great starting pay, and a great company to kick-start your career.

Pay : $19.00 Per Hour - $20.00 Per Hour

Shift : 1st shift 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.

Location : Fort Collins

Job Duties

  • Responsible for primary contact with the company's consumer inquiries, which include email, phone, chat, and written correspondence
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Maintains a high level of customer support by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service at all times
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support
  • Achieves and maintains customer service levels and KPI goals
