We are looking for a Program Manager to work with one of our top clients based in Texas. This is a fully remote, temp-to-perm role.
The Program Manager, AI & Automation will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse portfolio of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation programs. This strategic position requires a results-oriented leader who can bring structure, visibility, and consistent delivery to complex initiatives. The role focuses on aligning with organizational objectives, ensuring quality execution, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role with executive-level visibility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and strategic, capable of driving results, managing stakeholder expectations, and confidently representing multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead governance, delivery, and performance tracking for all AI and automation initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics for real-time visibility into project progress, risks, and performance.
Act as the central coordinator among business, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to established methodologies, frameworks, and change management processes.
Identify potential risks early, remove obstacles, and maintain program momentum.
Drive user engagement and successful implementation of solutions in partnership with change management teams.
Communicate progress and strategic fit in executive briefings and cross-functional discussions.
Participate in shaping and evolving the organization's AI and automation roadmap.

Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management within AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
Proven track record managing large-scale initiatives involving technology, process, and organizational change.
Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code / no-code platforms; Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred.
Strong ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization.
Proficient with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, ADO, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
