The Role

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), licensed in Massachusetts, to join our expanding assessment team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option for remote or hybrid work. Ideal candidates will be passionate about psychological testing, comfortable working independently, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team.

What Youll Do

• Design tailored test batteries and interpret results
• Conduct psychoeducational, ADHD, therapy, and / or diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
• We provide training / consultation for all psychologists who might need to brush up in the area of assessment
• Full autonomychoose remote, hybrid, or optional in-person office space in Kingston or North Reading MA.
• Enjoy a supportive team : psychometrists and admin staff streamline logistics, documentation, and scheduling.
• Access to CEU / CME reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and modern tech tools for efficient reporting.
• Flexible hours : build your caseload around your preferred workdays, family needs, and other commitments.
• Provide feedback sessions with actionable, compassionate recommendations
• Write clear, clinically rich reports integrating test data, history, and collateral
