The Role
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), licensed in Massachusetts, to join our expanding assessment team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option for remote or hybrid work. Ideal candidates will be passionate about psychological testing, comfortable working independently, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team.
What Youll Do
- Design tailored test batteries and interpret results
- Conduct psychoeducational, ADHD, therapy, and / or diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
- We provide training / consultation for all psychologists who might need to brush up in the area of assessment
- Full autonomychoose remote, hybrid, or optional in-person office space in Kingston or North Reading MA.
- Enjoy a supportive team : psychometrists and admin staff streamline logistics, documentation, and scheduling.

- Provide feedback sessions with actionable, compassionate recommendations
- Write clear, clinically rich reports integrating test data, history, and collateral
- Preferred :
Experience with psychoeducational, ADHD, or diagnostic clarification assessments
Familiarity with EMRs and telehealth platformsAt least 2 years of postdoctoral clinical experienceWhat You Need :
Doctorate (PhD / PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.Massachusetts psychologist licenseAssessment background (testing, report writing, feedback to families / schools).Strong clinical writing, telehealth comfort, and enthusiasm for collaborative work.Extra Perks :
