Salary Range : $90,000 $100,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule : Monday Friday, full-time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-site medical group. As the Clinic Operations Manager, youll supervise cross-functional teams, partner with executive leadership on operational strategy, and ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative departments. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor supervisors and frontline staff, focusing on performance, training, and career development.

Oversee clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.

Monitor productivity and quality metrics, using data to inform improvements and drive accountability.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations as well as internal policies.

Manage audits, reporting, and operational readiness across all sites.

Partner with leadership to streamline workflows, implement change management initiatives, and ensure sustainability of new processes.

Manage clinic budgets, supply inventory, and vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Serve as a liaison during emergencies, ensuring continuity of care and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or medical group setting.

Strong background in supervising both clinical and front-office staff.

Proven ability to lead through change and deliver measurable improvements.

Experience with compliance audits and operational reporting.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods a plus.

Multilingual skills (Spanish, Korean, Armenian, Russian, or others) highly valued.
