Senior Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor during implementation, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing

Improve customer experience through onboarding meetings and account reviews by providing technical expertise

Serve as the technical voice of the customer in the product engineering lifecycle, documenting product gaps and feature requests

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role

Deep cloud expertise, including knowledge of deployment in AWS and Azure environments

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes / EKS

Experience with cloud and hybrid networking technologies, including DNS and routing
