Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern - Summer 2026

As an EHS Intern, youll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) while supporting our Nashville manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental health to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting and make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track follow-up of actions for safety inspections
  • Complete IH sampling under the direction of IH professional
  • Update written safety plans and programs for IH sampling

Required Education

  • Completion of sophomore college year or a graduate student (preferred) in Safety or Health related program

    • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • OSHA 10 hour Safety Course, ideal
  • MS Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communications

    • Assignment Duration :

  • Intern : 10 - 12 weeks

    • Internship Expectations :

  • Reliability : Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Safety & Compliance : Adhere to all site policies, safety protocols, and training requirements.
  • Active Participation : Engage in intern events and site activities designed to enhance your learning experience.
  • Final Presentation : At the end of the internship, youll have the opportunity to present your projects, key learnings, and accomplishments to the EHS team.
