Manufacturing Unit Leader
The Manufacturing Unit Leader will have overall ownership of production, processes, and people included in the respective Manufacturing Unit and will be fully responsible to deliver upon SQDC targets, to eliminate losses in the area through Line Centric Organizational (LCO) model and to grow the capability of the team. This role has responsibility for the designated product line including setting goals, making decisions, and driving accountability toward department objectives in the designated Manufacturing Unit.
As a Manufacturing Unit Leader, you'll be the driving force behind operational success, championing both people and processes to achieve remarkable results. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
