POSITION : Commercial Lines Account Manager (REMOTE)

LOCATION : DULUTH, GA - REMOTE

JOB TYPE : PERMANENT

SALARY RANGE : $60k-$80k- Yearly + Monthly Bonus

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, client-focused insurance professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and managing accounts with precision and care.

As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with producers, carriers, and clients to manage renewals, process changes, and handle day-to-day service requests

What You'll Do

• Serve as the liaison for an assigned book of commercial clients
• Handle renewals, endorsements, COIs, billing, and policy changes
• Review coverage and proactively recommend updates to protect clients' interests
• Communicate directly with carriers to resolve service and claims issues
• Support producers with quoting and marketing as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in our AMS
• Ensure high retention by building strong, trusted relationships with clients

SALARY RANGE : $60k-$80k- Yearly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
