A company is looking for an Associate Attorney, Real Estate Finance, 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare opinions for commercial real estate finance transactions
Review and draft organizational documents for Special Purpose Entity (SPE) structures
Collaborate with attorneys nationwide to ensure timely and consistent work
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active US Bar Admission, in good standing
3-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance
Working knowledge of SPE structuring and CMBS diligence
Experience with Delaware opinions is a plus (not required)
