Administer, test, and implement computer databases to establish new IT systems and improve existing ones. Coordinate database changes, resolve performance issues, and ensure security measures. Modify databases and specify user access levels. Test and support database applications, train users, and provide technical support. Develop data models, review procedures, and stay informed on industry trends.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Five years of progressive experience in roles such as Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Application Designer. Experience in system requirements analysis, IT infrastructure planning, and business analysis. Skills in SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS Online, Power BI, enterprise integration, SOA, TFS, DevOps, JIRA, and build engineering.

Telecommuting permitted up to 90%; must reside within Washington.
