Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Residential Field Service Managers to meet performance and quality targets
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service delays and analyze service data for improvements
Ensure consistent execution of processes and support onboarding and training efforts for new team members
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in solar operations, field service management, or subcontractor oversight
2+ years of experience leading or coaching a distributed team
Solid understanding of residential solar systems and service workflows
Comfortable with data analysis and digital tools (e.g., CRMs, service platforms)
Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment is a plus
