ER RNs are needed for per diem at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center! Applications will be sent to clinical! Please ensure information is updated and correct to avoid delays. Candidates with 2 or more attendance / performance issues or clinician pipeline cancellations are required to provide additional references or a written statement demonstrating their improvement before proceeding. There must be a minimum of 6 months between the last issue and the submission date. It is at the discretion of the AM and clinical team whether to proceed with the application if any past issues are on file. We are prioritizing candidates based on the best fit! Requirements Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a staff ER RN or 2 years as a travel ER RN Work Settings - STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NIH Active RN License Epic Experience 2 Professional References (Minimum of 1 supervisor) within last 12 months Orientation Details Orientation will not be provided! Clinician will move to PDW once cleared. They must be prepared to begin working independently and have the ability to integrate quickly. Pre-Start Modules - 8 Hours Shift Details Days, 0700 to 1930 Pre-booking available via the Shifts App Clinicians may submit availability for us to proactively market to facilities Cancellation Rule - Clinician may be removed from the pool if they cancel 2 shifts within 24 hours of shift start time in a 30 day period!
