Schedule : Monday–Saturday (5–6 days / week)

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in construction quality management or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and inspection processes.
• Proven ability to create and manage project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP).
• Skilled in coordinating inspections and working with third-party inspectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with data center construction

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance on a data center construction project in Muskogee, OK. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction quality management who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing quality plans, coordinating inspections, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. The company offers training in safety, building codes, and quality management tools to support your growth and success in the role.

Compensation :

$50 / hr to $60 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
