Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers. Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to prioritize tasks. Effective communication skills in English. CDL B Required One year or more of prior local, same day delivery, truck driving experience. Boom Certification preferred. Class A CDL with Flatbed hauling a PLUS Valid medical card. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift and carry at least 75 lbs. Must be able to push and / or pull up to 100 lbs. Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity. Ability to sit, stand, and walk long distances for extended periods of time. Exposure to extreme temperatures, elements, noise, and fumes.

As a member of our Delivery Pro Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting the stage for success, helping to establish our culture of service excellence, and shaping the future of our operations. Our Delivery Pros are required to have a CDL B class license and are key to our success. Our team of proud road warriors make same-day deliveries while providing ridiculously good customer service as we expand our presence in the Madison area.

What You’ll Do :
- Safely and efficiently able to operate a variety of trucks including straight boom trucks.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any anomalies.
- Follow delivery / pick-up instructions from the dispatch department.
- Unload cargo at customer destinations.
- Keep a record of materials and products transported.
- Promptly report all incidents / accidents.
- Maintain daily and monthly trip logs according to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adhere to all company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
