Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Monitor and manage project budgets, addressing any variances promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Lead on-site meetings to communicate project goals and address challenges. Ensure safety protocols are implemented and followed by all on-site personnel. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process efficiently.
