A company is looking for a People Analytics Lead to build and scale the foundation of people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the people analytics roadmap aligned to business and HR priorities
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports while conducting in-depth analyses related to workforce metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and improve data integrity and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in people analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and advanced reporting capabilities
Solid understanding of People programs and practices
Experience in predictive analytics or statistical modeling is a bonus
