Seeking Environmental Services Project Technician / Floor Tech!

The Environmental Service Project Technician is responsible for providing a safe care environment for patients, and staff (visitors as appropriate to setting) that require additional education and / or training achieved by demonstrating the principles of proper restorative floor care (refinishing & maintaining), carpet care, tile & grout restoration, primary maintenance of equipment & machines and other projects as needed. While executing the assigned tasks, the EVS Project Technician will have contact with patients and perhaps family. Contact may include physical, psychological, educational, and safety related and should be appropriate to the specific demographics of patients served in assigned specialty service areas. Responsible for ensuring assigned projects follow all appropriate safety guidelines while being excellent stewards of time and resources.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• 2+ years of restorative floor care; 1-2 years of customer service, and / or 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
