Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract talent using various tools and techniques, including Behavioral Interviewing
Manage candidate selection processes, including extending offers and overseeing onboarding activities
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
Two years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience in developing recruitment plans and setting service level agreements
Knowledge of labor market conditions and external scanning tools
Ability to analyze productivity metrics against industry benchmarks
