About the Role :
Champion Care is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead sales strategy and business development across our seven skilled nursing facilities in Tennessee.
This position will be based in Memphis and will serve as a key member of our regional leadership team, directly leading and supporting Marketing and Hospital Liaison teams across the state.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute growth strategies that drive census and strengthen hospital and community partnerships.
Lead, coach, and mentor Marketing and Hospital Liaisons in all seven Tennessee facilities.
Partner with Administrators and Regional Leaders to align sales initiatives with clinical and operational goals.
Build strong, strategic relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, managed care organizations, and other referral sources.
Analyze referral data, trends, and facility performance to identify new market opportunities.
Oversee marketing outreach, public relations, and community engagement strategies that elevate the Champion Care brand.
Represent Champion Care at regional networking events and healthcare associations.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute healthcare sales leadership is required.
Proven track record of driving census growth and leading multi-site sales or liaison teams.
Deep understanding of referral development, hospital relationship management, and healthcare marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Must be based in Memphis and able to travel throughout Tennessee.
