Location : Monticello, Illinois

Shift : Days

Schedule : FT 40 hours 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm with weekend and holiday rotation

Job Summary : Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and / or unit.

Requirements

Regulatory Requirements :

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

CNA preferred.

Current BCLS certification.

Minimum of six months to one year of related work experience.
