Their mobile app captures face-to-face customer conversations, then uses AI to transcribe and analyze them, giving reps powerful insights to boost performance. While most conversation intelligence tools are built for Zoom calls or call centers, this team is focused on the 10+ million salespeople who sell offline.
What you'll do
- Ship top-notch products at lightning speedPlay a key role in building brand new features as they move fast on their tech roadmap
- Build with real empathy, understand their users and solve real problems, without waiting on hand-holding or rigid specs
- Set a high bar for code quality and technical choices. You'll shape the engineering culture and standards as they grow

What you bring to the table
Participated in a coding bootcamp sometime in the last 3 yearsWorked at a consultancy and know how to handle different kinds of clients and projectsAt least 1 year of experience building real-world softwareComfortable working with React, React Native, TypeScript, and PythonDeployed infrastructure in AWS or have solid hands-on experience with itSome experience with or exposure to cloud infrastructureAble to move fast, iterate quickly, and still keep quality highThink deeply about the customer and enjoy talking to them to make sure what were building actually works for themSpent time in a fast-moving startup, building from 0 to 1Holds a CS degree from a top universityExcited to be in-person with the team in NYC, working hard and building together 5 days a weekBeen involved in hackathons, entrepreneurship clubs, or VC fellowshipsWhat you'll get
