Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Utah. Licensure to dispense controlled substances in the State of Utah. Ability to provide daily consultations with patients, families, clinical staff, and providers. Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant pharmacy software. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, financial and operational aspects of departmental functioning. Preferred : Three (3) or more years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting. APhA Immunization Certification.
