A company is looking for a ZCX Technical Project Manager to drive successful implementations of contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex project portfolios for contact center and related technologies, including resource allocation and capacity planning
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including critical path analysis and resource forecasting
Serve as a strategic liaison between customer executive teams and internal leadership, ensuring project alignment with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
6-9 years of experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
Hands-on experience with deployment projects for contact center and related technologies
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a customer-facing role
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
Experience with project management and document management tools
