Position Overview

365 Healthcare is hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Cedar Rapids, Iowa .

This position is ideal for RNs skilled in circulating across a variety of surgical specialties, including robotics and DaVinci cases, looking to join a high-performing surgical team.

Assignment Details

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift Type : Afternoons

Schedule : 5×8-hour shifts | 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM | 40 hrs / week

Weekend Requirements : None

On Call : None (optional pickup available)

EMR : EPIC

Pay & Premiums

Weekly Gross : $2,798

Taxable Base : $1,552 ($39 / hr W2 base)

Stipend : $1,246 (housing + meals & incidentals)

Overtime (OT) : $58 / hr

Callback Rate : $78 / hr

Travel Reimbursement : Up to $600

Responsibilities

Circulate in diverse surgical cases including general, ortho, ENT, urology, gynecology, and robotics.

Maintain sterile technique and adhere to OR safety and infection control standards.

Collaborate with surgeons and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Utilize advanced OR systems such as DaVinci Xi , Mako , and Rosa .

Requirements

3+ years of recent OR experience in hospital or surgical center

Proficiency in DaVinci robotics (scrub experience preferred)

EPIC EMR experience required

No first-time travelers

Certifications Required :

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

Active Iowa or Compact RN License
