We have a well maintained and upkept grain facility with experienced staff looking to add key personnel!

Duties / Responsibilities :

Learn to operate the grain facility and all the equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning around facilities.

Assist with maintaining grain quality standards.

Promote safety in the workplace; observe all safety procedures, identify and communicate workplace hazards promptly, correcting unsafe conditions and actions.

Be courteous and pleasant when working with customers and provide excellent service.

Report needed repairs to management promptly.

Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner.

Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision and complete tasks in an efficient manner.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.

CDL / HEAVY EQUIPMENT Operation helpful but not required.

High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to safely operate forklift and other equipment.

Education and Experience :

Previous farm and / or grain experience preferred but not required. Production / warehouse experience helpful.

We will provide training!

Entry level experience is acceptable!
