Job Description
Work Comp Centralized Scheduling Representatives are energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills. Their responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from referral sources and patients, gather registration information and schedule appointments. Additionally, Work Comp Centralized Scheduling Representatives are responsible for answering questions and inquiries, providing information about our services, and handling positive and negative feedback. Work Comp Centralized Scheduling Representatives report to the Centralized Scheduling Manager.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Answering phone calls from prospective, current, and past patients professionally and responding to their inquiries.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate clinics / personnel.
- Following up complicated customer calls, when required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
To Excel In This Role, You Should Possess :
Open availability, Monday through Friday 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pmHigh school diploma or equivalent2 years+ experience with Workers Compensation insurance in the therapy arena preferred3-5 years administrative / office experienceStrong customer service experienceExcellent communication skillsProficient in Raintree EMRProficient in Microsoft ApplicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWe Welcome You To Apply If You Hold The Following Attributes :
