• Excel in space planning, product specifications, audits, and finish selections, ensuring impeccable results that exceed client expectations.
• Create captivating renderings and presentations showcasing product applications with professionalism and effectiveness.
• Influence the selling process with unique design applications and value-driven solutions, enhancing customer experiences and boosting win rates. Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends, becoming a trusted expert in the field.
• Estimate project hours accurately and manage time effectively for timely project completion.
• Provide consultative support to customers, offering relevant and impactful solutions through various communication channels.
• Drive product recommendations aligned with client needs, offering value engineering suggestions when required.
• Act as a reliable resource for design-related inquiries, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues as needed; may mentor interns. Execute activities in alignment with corporate strategies, contributing to brand building and customer relationship development.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
