Service Business Evolution provides trusted coaching and training for home service businesses in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries. We are seeking a dedicated full-time, remote Business Development Trainer to join our team and help business owners strengthen their operations, improve leadership, and achieve growth. Employees must reside in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Colorado, or Texas.
This full-time remote position, based in Phoenix, Arizona with some travel, offers a salary of $75,000 to $150,000 per year , depending on experience. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package , including :
This Business Development Trainer position follows a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM Arizona time) with some flexibility. Work will be performed primarily from a home office, with four client calls per day, and occasional travel for training and client visits.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINER
Experience in the in-home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is highly preferred. Coaching and training certifications are also a plus.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINER
In this remote role, you will guide business owners and their teams through coaching and training designed to strengthen leadership, refine strategy, and improve business performance. You will meet with clients virtually and occasionally in person, assess their goals, and design customized coaching plans to support their growth. On a typical day, you will deliver training sessions on topics such as financial management, customer service, and sales, while also facilitating group discussions and simulations to ensure practical application. You will track progress, adjust coaching methods as needed, and help clients overcome challenges while building accountability and long-term success. Supported by SBE's established processes and resources, and with the necessary office equipment provided, you will make a meaningful impact on small businesses while working remotely.
