Salesforce QA Release Management Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Salesforce, QA, and Release Management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Salesforce platform, QA processes, and release management practices

Develop and implement the organization's QA strategy and methodologies for Salesforce and related integrations

Design release processes incorporating Salesforce DevOps best practices and manage the release process across different environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce platforms, QA teams, and release management processes

Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

Proven experience in AI integration within Salesforce and expertise in Salesforce DevOps and automated testing frameworks

Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
