Graphic Designer (Hybrid) – Cosmetic Packaging

Location : New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)

Duration : 6+ Months (Contract)

Pay Rate : $45-52 / hour

About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, supporting a leading cosmetic brand. You will conceptualize, design, and execute packaging graphics while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualization & Design : Develop innovative graphic design concepts from ideation through final production for cosmetic packaging.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with marketing managers, packaging development, and production teams to deliver seamless results.
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines with high-quality output.
• Feedback Integration : Seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, iterating on designs while maintaining creative integrity.
• Trend Awareness : Stay current with design trends, software, and technologies to enhance visual storytelling.
• Vendor Liaison : Collaborate with external vendors (renderers, composition houses) for efficient production of design materials.
