Job Description

As a Security Professional Unarmed Healthcare Patrol in Swiftwater, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will play a key role in supporting a secure and welcoming environment, guided by Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.   • Mon 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
  • Tue 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
  • Wed 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
  • Thur 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
  • Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
  • Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a professional presence throughout the healthcare location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, patients, and emergency responders as required.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing conditions within the healthcare environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
