Experience : 3-5 years of production engineering experience preferred; 1-2 years of hands-on field production support required; experience with small projects (50k – 250k) and mechanical integrity planning or management is a plus. Knowledge / Specialized Skills : Experience with DeltaV, OSIPI, GMP, PSM, distillation columns, Six Sigma, and LEAN manufacturing is a plus. Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily production demands through troubleshooting with operators and maintenance teams.
- Complete lock out, tag out documentation for maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Manage changes for temporary operations and process improvements.
