Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate theory-based and evidence-informed mental health promotion initiatives
• Hire, train, manage, supervise, and evaluate paid and / or volunteer student staff, interns, and graduate assistants
• Facilitate the implementation of the Healthy Campus Peer Internship
• Develop strategic plans, goals, and measurable objectives for mental health promotion programs
• Conduct regular needs assessment, evaluation and research to establish baseline data and measure programmatic success
• Collaborate with on- and off-campus stakeholders to develop a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to mental health for students, faculty and staff
• Incorporate multicultural, diversity and social justice concepts into mental health promotion programs and services
• Maintain expertise in current and relevant mental health trends to serve as a reliable information resource for the campus community
• Research and maintain mental health promotion resources (written, visual / video media and social media platforms)
• Participate on campus and community committees relevant to the Healthy Campus mission
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
