A company is looking for a Payments Analyst to manage and optimize payments operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor daily transaction flows and resolve payment-related issues

Manage refunds and chargebacks, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Build reports on payment performance and support decision-making with data insights

Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking operations

Solid understanding of payments structure, flows, and analytics

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Looker

Knowledge of the payment lifecycle, including authorization and settlement

Detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines
