Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A critical role is open for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in inpatient care. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with healthcare teams to deliver expert pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. Your expertise in medication therapy management and clinical interventions will significantly impact patient outes.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize medication therapy for inpatients, ensuring safety and efficacy
