Project Manager
Project Manager - Multi-Family

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any potential risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5-7+ years of experience in project management within the construction sector, preferably in multi-family projects.Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Benefits
