Project Manager

Project Manager - Multi-Family

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to timelines.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any potential risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5-7+ years of experience in project management within the construction sector, preferably in multi-family projects.

Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Base salary : $120,000 - $140,000
