Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant supports the Human Resources team in executing staffing operations for live events within the Sports & Entertainment line of business. This highly collaborative role works closely with the Staffing Coordinator and HR Management to ensure scheduling systems are accurate, staff check-ins run smoothly, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Learn and navigate internal scheduling systems and software used for event staffing.

Assist with staff check-in during live events, including occasional evening shifts.

Update staffing systems and documents promptly to reflect changes.

Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator and HR team to maintain accurate records.

Perform administrative duties such as printing, filing, updating shared documents, and stocking supplies.

Support other business needs as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior administrative experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to : Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities.

Clear and confident communicator with staff and team members.

Team-oriented and comfortable working in an open office setting.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
