Work with the Safety department to ensure our facilities are safe. High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Experience in Janitorial, custodial or maintenance for facilities. Must possess ability to mentor and train. Must possess a good mechanical aptitude Computer literacy and MS Office experience Valid PA drivers license with the ability to obtain a CDL medical is a plus Forklift operation experience is a plus Experience loading and unloading trucks, trailers, material and equipment.is a plus. Experience with OSHA Compliance is a plus. Must possess strong communication skills Ability to operate mobile apps for time reporting. Written and verbal communication Problem sensitivity Time management Situational flexibility Verbal comprehension Critical thinking

Summary / Objective
The facilities associate basic duties include cleaning office and warehouse and grounds spaces, performing some lawn maintenance and light maintenance. This role combines janitorial and groundskeeper tasks, requiring physical stamina for both interior and outdoor work in various conditions. Other duties include assisting other departments as required, including vehicle shuttling for maintenance and repair. Inventory counting, Deliveries, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3 : 30 PM. These hours are subject to business needs and coverage for assigned duties.
