PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Outpatient practice : no inpatient / hospitalist coverage required
• Highly-engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 2 MD’s and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
• Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery also on site
• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within clinic
• Work schedule : 32 – 34 patient contact hours a week
• Clinic patients average 16-18 / day
• OB is optional
• Additional outreach opportunities available
