As the Hospital Manager, you'll lead the business operations of our State of the Art veterinary hospital.

What you will be doing but not limited to :

• Accountability for the hospital profit & loss statements
• Responsibility to foster a collaborative and positive culture and work environment
• Focus on exceeding client expectations
• Oversight of Leaders / Supervisors who support approximately 60 associates including technicians, veterinary assistants, and paraprofessional staff
• Develop and grow future leaders
• Oversight and development of onboarding, training, and continuity programs
• Cultivate relationships within the veterinary community
• Support the recruitment of medical professionals

Additional Information

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
