Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

Patient Acquisition & Retention -
Design and implement campaigns to attract new patients assigned to the group.
Partner with referral sources (e.g. brokers and providers), community organizations, and health plans to create outreach programs that drive new member enrollment and maintain patient loyalty.
Monitor patient churn and develop targeted initiatives to improve retention and patient satisfaction scores.

Strategic Planning & Brand Development -
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing and growth plan aligned with the group's strategic and financial objectives.
Position the medical group as a preferred provider in competitive markets through consistent brand messaging and identity.
Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS marketing rules).
Digital & Traditional Marketing -
Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives (web, SEO / SEM, social media, email, SMS, direct mail, community events).
Optimize the website and patient portal for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Oversee paid media strategy, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
Growth Analytics & Market Intelligence -
Track KPIs such as patient acquisition cost, lifetime value, and campaign ROI.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities (new service lines, geographic expansion, payer contracts).
Provide regular dashboards and performance reports to senior leadership.
Budget & Vendor Management -
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and initiatives.
Select and oversee relationships with advertising agencies, creative vendors, and digital marketing partners.
Regulatory Compliance -
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet HIPAA, CMS, and state regulatory standards.
Maintain clear documentation for audits and payer requirements.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement -
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven outreach, CRM platforms) to enhance patient engagement and acquisition.
Pilot and scale innovative programs such as telehealth marketing, population-health campaigns, and community wellness initiatives.
Success Metrics :
Year-over-year growth in patient panel size and service line volume.
Improvement in patient acquisition cost and retention rates.
Positive ROI on marketing campaigns and measurable brand awareness growth.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

The Marketing Growth Manager is responsible for effectively developing and executing well organized work plans that meet business objectives and deliverable deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering an environment of collaboration and coordination.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Proficient in Photoshop Illustrator, digital marking platforms, and creating digital campaigns.
In addition, a strong candidate will be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including medical group staff and providers and have an aptitude for business analysis, be able to effectively lead marketing campaigns and have a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a health care background.
This position reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with Clinical Leadership, Finance, and IT / Data Analytics teams.
