At Sprague Pest Solutions , were looking for a Route Manager with a background in quality assurance (QA), food or milk processing, agriculture, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ideally fluent in Spanish to help us protect public health and food safety.
What Youll Do :
- Be the Hero : Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients in food production, agriculture, and logistics. Deliver expert pest control and inspection services that keep their operations safe and compliant.
- Solve Puzzles : Respond to pest challenges with precision and professionalism, especially in high-stakes environments like food and milk processing plants.
- Flex Your Schedule : Adapt to client needs with a flexible schedule, including urgent and unscheduled services.
- Grow the Business : Identify opportunities to expand services, ask for referrals, and support our sales team with qualified leads.
