Overview
We’re looking for a creative and highly motivated Co-Op to join our Agency & Integrations Creative Team. This role offers hands-on experience in how a brand is developed, managed and integrated into national campaigns and partnerships. Our ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for branding and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Brand Integrations : Assist Creative Manager with executing brand integrations from start to finish.
- Coordinate and facilitate various production activities, including but not limited to product orders for photo and video shoots, store location requests, etc.
- Manage integration project timelines and proof reviews in Workfront.
- Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines and is grammatically correct.
Color of the Month
Create and maintain monthly portals for Color of the Month campaign – creating portal header graphic, adding color information, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for misc. assets.Distribute COTM portal each month and maintain distribution list.Save and organize final photography files on server.Manage FPO image share outs with cross-functional teams.Asset Management & Portals
Create and maintain campaign portals for annual Agency & Integration Creative Team led initiatives (COTY, Colormix, etc.)Upload imagery from Agency & Integration Creative Team led photoshoots to the mall.Ensure all room scenes are continually added to the ‘PSG Room Photography’ portal.Work with Creative Manager to identify opportunities to enhance campaign asset organization and portal functionality.General Agency & Integrations Team Support
Support Creative Managers and Director on an as-needed basis.Help teams locate photography, color information or other asset details on an as-needed basis.Qualifications
FORMAL EDUCATION : Required : Pursuing bachelor’s degree (required) in marketing communications, advertising, or communication.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Required :
Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a passion for brand and creative work.Collaborative work style with ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams.Strong writing and editing skills; copywriting experience is a plus.Preferred :
Knowledge of creative process and creative best practices.Interest in brand storytelling and maintaining brand guidelines.Familiarity with creative reviews and building creative timelines.Existing brand familiarityTECHNICAL / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required :
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).Experience with digital asset management systems.Preferred :
