Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab

Location : Humansville, MO

Start : 11 / 10 / 2025

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days, 8 hours / day (M-F, start between 6 AM–10 AM, consistent schedule)

Guaranteed Hours : 35 / week

Weekend / On-Call Requirements : None

Role Overview :

Provide rehabilitation services to patients with physical functioning disorders and / or wound care, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans, and ensure positive outcomes. Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and multidisciplinary teams while documenting all required clinical information. Supervise assistants or students as needed.

Responsibilities :

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients

Administer therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, ambulation, wound care, and use of assistive devices

Track and document patient progress and treatment outcomes in electronic records

Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers

Participate in patient care conferences, utilization reviews, and required trainings

Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts, clinical standards, and ethics

Requirements :

1 year of PT experience (LTC or Rehab preferred)

MO State License required

Level II experience for new grads acceptable

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
