Wrangle, analyze, and prepare data from various sources to support visualization and reporting needs. Leverage AI-powered visualization capabilities, including GenAI tools, to enhance data interaction and storytelling. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Continuously explore and integrate new visualization techniques and tools to improve user experience. Mentor team members on best practices in data visualization, analysis, and Tableau development. Conduct training sessions to enable business users to utilize data insights effectively. Act as a subject matter expert in Tableau and data visualization, contributing to team decisions and cross-functional initiatives. Support the development of Power BI dashboards and reports as a secondary visualization platform. Assist in migrating or replicating Tableau dashboards into Power BI when required by business needs. Ensure data model optimization and performance tuning within Power BI environments. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate Power BI into enterprise reporting workflows. Stay current with Power BI features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve reporting capabilities.
