Bilingual Onboarding Associate

The Bilingual Onboarding Associate will assist applicants throughout the application and hiring process. This role involves guiding applicants with new-hire paperwork and managing multiple applicants simultaneously in a technologically equipped environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist applicants with the completion of new-hire paperwork.
• Guide applicants through the application and hiring processes.
• Manage and assist approximately 40-60 applicants per day.
• Facilitate the fingerprinting process for applicants.
• Handle documentation, paper filing, and managing and storing paperwork and applications efficiently.

Work Environment :

The position is based in an office environment, working alongside a team of approximately 10 other Onboarding Assistants. The workspace is equipped with about 30 computers to facilitate the onboarding process.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.78 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
